As an Integration Engineer, you will act as the key support engineer before, during and after onboarding, and maintain ownership of the integration's progress from kickoff to delivery. You'll be responsible for providing one-on-one assistance on client calls, assessing and solving challenges with client implementations, and taking leadership in project meetings. Your development background will allow you to solve problems, debug, and write code, and your ability to manage client relationships will drive project to completion.
This is a permanent, full-time, in-office position, with limited travel required.
Skills & Requirements
This is a multifaceted role which is ideal for candidates who are comfortable interacting with clients, leading sophisticated integration projects, writing code, and solving technical challenges. By having the latitude to see the big picture of a client's needs, as well as the capacity to hone in on the details, you'll have the opportunity to create tangible results and share our successes.
While working to complete integrations and onboard clients, you’ll also bring the vision of what our product can do and how it meets a client's needs to align with all the teams you interact with. You’ll actively leverage relationships and product knowledge to help clients achieve their objectives and success.

What we offer in return includes a beautiful view of the North Shore mountains, coffee that doesn’t suck, and colleagues that are as brilliant as they are likeable. We do cool things as a company, like sword-fighting workshops, summer kayaking, game nights, and monthly craft beer tastings. Don’t forget the competitive salary, extended health benefits, flex-time schedules, and encouragement and support for professional development. We love it here, and we think you will too.
Our focus currently is on candidates that are already in or willing to relocate to the Vancouver area, and who are already eligible to work in Canada.
