We are seeking a Technical Project Manager to join our Product Development team and manage the execution and delivery of projects for NuData’s core development roadmap.
You’ll report to the Director of Product Development and work closely with our Product Architect to work with multiple development teams. The focus is on timely, high-quality, high-value deliverables that expand and improve on the product’s capabilities and supporting infrastructure. Your tasks will cover planning, sprint execution, and final delivery. That means you will work on requirements clarification, create stories, estimate time required. When the sprint is on, you’ll meet with team members daily, address blockers, resolve impediments, track deliverables, and support our leads on non-developmental deliverables, too. During this process, you will keep project stakeholders up to date, and always have an eye towards the next sprint. You think big picture, but can also zero in every detail and have it all under control.
NuData uses a hybrid project process that incorporates both elements of agile scrum and waterfall development, so it’s essential that you have a diverse range of project management experience to apply those skills and experience as necessary to be successful in this role.
This is a permanent, full-time position with competitive salary, great extended health benefits, flextime schedules, and a work environment that encourages and supports professional development. All that and beautiful view of the North Shore mountains, coffee that doesn’t suck, and colleagues that are as brilliant as they are likeable. We love working here, and we think you will too.
Our focus currently on candidates that are either already in or willing to relocate to the Vancouver area, and who are already eligible to work in Canada.
